Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen, but if cancellation or rescheduling is needed, please let us know as soon as possible. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file in the event of a no call / no show, as well as loss of deposit. Please communicate if something happens to avoid a no show. Late policy- In order to ensure satisfaction, please be on time to enjoy your full allotted service time. Being late can cause your appointment to be shortened by that amount of time. Deposit is required for all new clients. Deposit is non refundable and applies towards your service. No show will result in forfeit of deposit.
